CoinTR is a fast-growing cryptocurrency exchange focused on providing secure, transparent, and user-centric digital asset trading solutions. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Social Media Specialist to strengthen our digital presence and brand voice.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Specialist who will be responsible for managing and growing CoinTR’s social media channels. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of professional experience, preferably within financial, fintech, or crypto companies, and is comfortable communicating complex topics in a clear and engaging way.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, etc.)
• Manage daily social media operations, including posting schedules and community engagement
• Collaborate with marketing, compliance, and design teams to ensure accurate and consistent messaging
• Monitor trends in finance, crypto, and social media to create timely and relevant content
• Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports with actionable insights
• Support campaign launches, announcements, and employer branding initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
• Previous experience in a financial, fintech, or crypto company is a strong plus
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to translate technical or financial topics into user-friendly content
• Strong sense of ownership, creativity, and attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Experience in the crypto or blockchain industry
• Familiarity with compliance-sensitive content and regulated environments
• Basic knowledge of performance marketing and paid social campaigns
