Description:

We are looking for a Product Owner to lead the Introducing Broker (IB) and Partner

Ecosystem, owning all partner-facing systems, referral logic, and reporting flows.

This role focuses on building and optimizing the tools and backend logic that support IBs,

affiliates, and partners, including commission structures, referral tracking, and performance

analytics. You will ensure that partner journeys are intuitive, transparent, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities:

● Own the roadmap and backlog for the IB and Partner Portals.

● Define and maintain the partner commission, referral, and performance systems.

● Collaborate with engineering and data analytics to ensure accurate calculations and

reporting.

● Partner with business development, compliance, marketing and business analytics

to align functionality with operational and regulatory needs.

● Ensure partner dashboards and UX deliver transparency and usability.

● Translate business logic into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.

● Benchmark against leading partner ecosystems to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

● 5+ years experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in fintech or brokerage

environments.

● Deep understanding of IB/affiliate logic, commission models, and payout systems.

● Experience working with data, BI, and back-office integrations.

● Proven ability to bridge business goals with technical feasibility.

● Excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills.

Nice to Have

● Familiarity with CRM or partner management systems (PMS).

● Exposure to multi-tier partner hierarchies and regional revenue structures
