Your New Role

Reporting directly to the Director of Digital Innovation in Dubai, you will spearhead the organization’s Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), CI/CD, and cloud reliability efforts. Your mission is to ensure a global telecom-tower platform runs at peak performance through cutting-edge automation.

• Infrastructure Management: Define, version-control, and deploy robust infrastructure using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates.
• Pipeline Architecture: Design and manage end-to-end CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) for .NET, Python, and Node.js environments.
• Cloud Leadership: Provision and optimize Azure services (AKS, App Services, Functions) and lead critical legacy-to-cloud migrations.
• Containerization: Build and manage Docker images and orchestrate deployments on Kubernetes clusters at scale.
• Observability: Implement comprehensive monitoring using Azure Monitor and Prometheus, maintaining high-visibility dashboards and alerts.
• Reliability & Security: Lead incident response, conduct post-mortems, and integrate DevSecOps practices including automated security scans.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

The ideal candidate is a technical leader with a passion for automation and a proven track record in multinational environments.

• Experience: 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering roles.
• Cloud Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Azure ecosystem and extensive experience with IaC (Terraform preferred).
• Orchestration: Hands-on experience managing Kubernetes (AKS) and Docker at an enterprise scale.
• Automation: Mastery of CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI) and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
• Certifications: Ideally, you hold a Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert or CKA/CKAD credentials.
• Communication: Fluent English is essential; proficiency in French is considered a strong advantage.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
