- An Overall experience of more than 10 years with a minimum of 8+ years as a Project Manager preferably with exposure in a Banking/Financial institution
- Managed individual complex strategic projects / programs valued over AED 10 million.
- Managed a cross-domain team of over 30-40 members
- Experience in directly interacting with EXCO / CXO members
- Outstanding team building, communication and presentation skills
- An in-depth understanding of Project Management framework (waterfall and Agile), planning, monitoring, and reporting within a large multi-faceted organization and a proven track record of delivery.
- High level of attention to detail, organized, structured way of thinking and delivery.
- Strong interpersonal, people management, and facilitation skills with the ability to secure buy-in and bind people to proactively support project delivery.
- Experience of complex change management programs/business transformation and strategy execution.
- Tools & techniques for IT Project Management.
- In Depth knowledge about the various IT resources required for organizational functioning and project delivery.
- Experience and Knowledge in Applying Agile in Waterfall Projects.
- In depth understanding of end-to-end IT Project Management
- Planning, Cost and budget analysis
- Certifications related to IT Project Management
