We are looking for a Project Manager – Digital Transformation to manage digital transformation initiatives for our client in Dubai. This role requires experience working within an existing PMO framework, following defined governance models, and driving change across the business.

This is a 10-month renewable contract role in the organization and reports to the Director of Excellence in the Business and Service Excellence department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of digital transformation projects
• Execute projects in line with existing PMO frameworks, standards, and tools
• Follow established project governance, controls, and approval processes
• Track project milestones, budgets, risks, and dependencies
• Prepare and present regular project status and progress reports
• Drive change management activities to support business adoption
• Coordinate with business, IT, vendors, and external partners
• Ensure compliance with business excellence and governance requirements
• Identify project risks and issues and implement mitigation plans
• Support continuous improvement and transformation initiatives

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on digital transformation projects
• Strong experience working within established PMO and governance frameworks
• Hands-on exposure to change management and transformation delivery
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
• Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills
• Experience in structured, governance-driven environments
