Experience Designer
Our client is a software consulting company looking to hire an Experience Designer on their team. This is a contract opportunity (6-months to start).
Responsibilities:
- Create engaging, high-quality user and learning experiences for their client ranging across various technical and compliance topics
- Collaborate with SMEs and other stakeholders to define learning objectives, identify content requirements, and ensure content accuracy
Requirements:
- Expertise in both UX/UI and back-end coding (CSS, HTML, JavaScript)
- Past experience with instructional design and storyboarding within the Articulate tools, specifically Storyline and RISE
- Self-motivated and naturally curious
- Portfolio of design work (preference for Articulate)
- Experience with content creation - including multimedia elements like videos, audio, graphics, and animations
- Experience with technology integration - Fluent in e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and learning management systems (LMS)
- Ability to work 1-2 hours a week in time zones aligned with China and California.
