Head of Cybersecurity Awareness & Resilience

Our client is a leading financial institution, looking to appoint a senior leader who will drive a global cybersecurity awareness and culture program across multiple regions. This is a unique opportunity to shape how a large, complex organisation builds cyber resilience through its people.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the design and execution of a global cybersecurity awareness and training strategy.
• Build engaging and innovative learning programs that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across regions to embed a strong security culture into everyday business practices.
• Promote cybersecurity awareness campaigns globally, ensuring consistent messaging and maximum engagement.
• Continuously measure program effectiveness, bringing data-driven improvements and keeping content aligned to evolving threats and best practices.
  
  

• Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 10 years experience in cybersecurity awareness, training, or security culture programs, with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven success delivering awareness initiatives across regional or global organisations.
• Familiarity with international frameworks (ISO27001, NIST).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence across diverse cultures and geographies.
• Passion for shaping behaviours and driving cultural change in cybersecurity.
