NOTE THAT THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION (0,5 FTE)
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the valid status of GxP-relevant IT systems.
- Actively manage the application lifecycle for manufacturing-related applications (GxP and non-GxP).
- Take ownership of application activities, including patching, upgrades, documentation, retirement, and changes.
- Provide support in incident management and troubleshooting processes.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve incidents and problems effectively.
- Oversee the manufacturing operations landscape to ensure comprehensive accountability for end-to-end processes.
- Coordinate and manage virtual and dispersed project/service teams across different geographies.
- Lead and execute projects using both waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in IT service delivery and release management processes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align project objectives, risks, and deliverables.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German is mandatory.
- Proficiency in English at a C1/C2 level.
- Master’s or Engineering degree in Information Technology, Business, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development-related roles.
- At least 5 years of experience managing and coordinating IT projects of local/global scope in multicultural and international settings.
- PMP or Prince2 Practitioner certification.
- Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile).
- Familiarity with IT service delivery frameworks such as ITIL and tools like HPSM/SNOW and Jira.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Basic understanding of ITIL and Release Management processes.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to anticipate challenges, devise solutions, and implement them effectively.
- Willingness to travel as required by project or service needs.
