About The Role
We are seeking a hands-on Network Engineer I to support the design, deployment, and operation of a high-availability enterprise network environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career network engineer to gain deep exposure to enterprise-grade Cisco, Arista, and Juniper networking technologies while working directly with production infrastructure.
You will be responsible for deploying and supporting LAN and WAN infrastructure, installing and configuring network hardware, and ensuring stable, high-performance connectivity across the environment.

About The Role
We are seeking a hands-on Network Engineer I to support the design, deployment, and operation of a high-availability enterprise network environment. You will be responsible for deploying and supporting LAN and WAN infrastructure, installing and configuring network hardware, and ensuring stable, high-performance connectivity across the environment.
What You’ll Do
Network Deployment & Infrastructure
- Rack, stack, cable, and deploy network routers, switches, and servers in a data center and enterprise environment.
- Install, configure, and maintain IP-based routing, switching, and telephony equipment at customer and corporate sites.
- Support the rollout of LAN and WAN network connections, hardware, software, and communication links.
- Monitor and maintain the health of the network infrastructure in accordance with company standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network performance, connectivity, and hardware issues.
- Optimize network reliability, performance, and availability across sites.
- Configure routing, switching, and firewall devices to support secure and efficient data flow.
- Assist with network changes, upgrades, and ongoing service provisioning.
Experience & Technical Skills
- 0–3 years of experience working with enterprise network infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco and/or Juniper routers and switches.
- Strong understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking, including VLANs, IP addressing, routing, and switching.
- Knowledge of internetworking design and routing principles.
- Experience working with common network protocols.
- Exposure to firewall technologies such as Cisco ASA, Juniper SRX, Check Point NG, or similar platforms.
- CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE certifications are highly valued but not required.
