Overview

We are seeking an experienced Staff Data Scientist to drive data-informed sales strategies for our partner sales organization. In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Strategy teams to uncover insights, optimize performance, and shape strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage analytical frameworks, dashboards, and reporting to measure sales performance, pipeline health, and productivity.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights to guide sales strategy, territory design, incentive planning, and forecasting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align KPIs and data sources for consistent reporting.
  • Drive adoption of analytics tools and methodologies, improving the scalability and accuracy of insights.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform key decisions on go-to-market strategies and revenue planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or data strategy
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong SQL and data visualization skills (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), and pipeline analytics
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence

Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is: $186,500 - $252,000.
