Description
- In this role, you will design and maintain dashboards, monitor performance indicators, and help teams understand what the data reveals so they can act quickly on opportunities. Experience in fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain environments is strongly valued.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and visual reporting used across business functions
- Partner with operational and business leaders to understand information needs and deliver concise, actionable recommendations
- Analyze data to uncover trends related to fulfillment, financial performance, and operational efficiency
- Improve decision-making by enhancing how information is structured, visualized, and delivered to stakeholders
- Work closely with data engineers to ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting systems
- Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- 2+ years in an analytics-focused role such as Business Analyst or Data Analyst
- Experience using Snowflake
- Proficiency with dashboarding and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, QuickSight, etc.)
- SQL experience for data querying and transformation
- Strong data storytelling skills and understanding of performance metrics
- Ability to translate complex analysis into clear business recommendations
- Experience in the fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain industry.
- Hands-on application of ML/AI in business intelligence (e.g., predictive dashboards, anomaly detection, demand forecasting).
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or Snowflake).
- Knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data governance.
- Curiosity and passion for how AI can transform BI and decision-making.
