Location: Muscat, Oman - Office based role
We are looking for a motivated fresh graduate or early-career professional to join us as an Account Manager for the MENA region. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in cybersecurity and SaaS, where you will learn how to manage customer relationships, support renewals, and identify growth opportunities under the guidance of senior team members.
Roles & Responses
- Support the management of a portfolio of B2B customers across MENA
- Build strong relationships with customers and act as a point of contact post-sale
- Assist with customer onboarding, renewals, and account follow-ups
- Help identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Ensure high customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention
- Learn how to handle pricing, proposals, and basic commercial discussions
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders (IT, Security, Marketing, Finance, C-level)
- Lead customer onboarding in collaboration with technical and support teams
- Meet or exceed renewal and expansion revenue targets
- Support PoCs, renewals, and strategic account initiatives when needed
- Ability to travel across MENA region when needed
- 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- Interest in SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology sales
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up proactively
- Excellent command of English; Arabic is a plus
- Ability to travel across the region
- Enjoy learning new stuff
