The Company

Robert Half Technology are working with a global leader in aviation software solutions which provides a critical service to worldwide airlines daily.

The Role

• Developing and maintaining modern web-based applications using React, TypeScript, and related tooling
• Enhancing mobile features using React Native
• Supporting their backend-for-frontend (BFF) APIs and admin tools built with PHP and Laravel

Please note that this role is hybrid with a requirement of 1 day a week in the Essendon office.

Your Skills & Experience

• JavaScript and TypeScript fundamentals
• React, Redux, Next.js (or other component-based JS frameworks and tools)
• HTML/CSS basics (SASS is a plus)
• PHP and Laravel basics
• Cross-platform development using libraries such as React Native
• Git for version control
• RESTful APIs or GraphQL (bonus if you've worked with any)
• Develop best practices such as coding standards, design patterns, SOLID/DRY/KISS principles, etc.

About You

• Have recently graduated from a relevant technical university program
• Have 1-3 years experience as a Front-End Developer (Not Required)
• Are self-motivated and willing to ask questions, seek feedback, and improve
• Are curious about front-end and/or full-stack development
• Are comfortable working in a team and independently, while knowing when to ask for help
