Role Summary
As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you are a senior individual contributor who strengthens team delivery through technical expertise, sound judgement, and mentorship. You’ll own the delivery of complex features and epics, reduce technical risk, and influence technical decisions within the team.
You’ll work on a modern AWS-based platform that surfaces complex data clearly and reliably — all within a collaborative, supportive team environment that values flexibility and balance.

You’ll work on a modern AWS-based platform that surfaces complex data clearly and reliably — all within a collaborative, supportive team environment that values flexibility and balance.
How will you make an impact?
- Own and lead delivery of complex features and epics end to end
- Design, build, and operate scalable full-stack applications
- Influence technical decisions and contribute to system design
- Proactively identify and reduce technical debt
- Build high-performance backend services and APIs
- Create intuitive user interfaces that turn complex analytics into usable products
- Collaborate closely with product and data science partners
- Participate in BAU for critical systems, resolving higher-complexity issues independently
- Identify patterns and propose systemic improvements through BAU reviews
- Mentor Engineers and Associate Engineers through reviews, pairing, and guidance
- 5+ years’ experience building production-grade full-stack software
- Strong hands-on experience across frontend frameworks and backend services
- Proven experience designing APIs and working with SQL and NoSQL data stores
- Experience delivering cloud-native applications on AWS
- Strong engineering fundamentals and a quality-first mindset
- Clear communication skills and the ability to influence without formal authority
