Mobile Engineer – Native iOS & Android Development:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mobile Engineer with deep expertise in native iOS and Android development to join a high-performing digital team delivering intuitive, secure, and scalable mobile experiences at scale.
- In this role, you will design and build high-quality mobile applications using Swift and Kotlin, contribute to robust native test automation, and collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering peers within a SAFe Agile Release Train (ART) environment.
- You will play a key role in shaping technical standards, driving code quality, and delivering mobile solutions that support millions of users while operating within a modern, structured, and highly collaborative delivery model.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain high-performance iOS and Android applications using Swift and Kotlin.
- Leverage native frameworks like SwiftUI, Combine, MVVM, and Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Flow.
- Write clean, maintainable code backed by native test automation tools like XCTest, Espresso, and JUnit.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile Release Trains, participating in PI Planning, sprint ceremonies, and Big Room Planning.
- Contribute to technical standards, documentation, and code reviews to maintain code quality and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Experience
- iOS: Proficiency with Swift, SwiftUI, Combine, MVVM architecture, and XCTest.
- Android: Proficiency with Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Flow, Espresso, and JUnit.
- Demonstrated experience in native mobile automation testing.
- Track record of delivering mobile applications in an Agile (SAFe) environment, ideally working across Program Increments (PIs) and Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
- Strong understanding of mobile UX and performance principles.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile app delivery.
- Familiarity with App Store and Play Store release processes.
- Exposure to DevSecOps and mobile security best practices.
