What You’ll Own
- Design, build, and deploy production-grade autonomous agents
- Integrate LLMs and dialogue systems with enterprise APIs and workflows
- Ensure performance and reliability via monitoring, evaluation, observability tools
- Collaborate in a fast-paced, open engineering culture that values curiosity and iteration
What You Bring
- Strong software engineering foundation with practical AI experience (Java, LangChain and RAG)
- Strong theoretical basis for AI (PHD highly considered)
- Hands-on experience with LLM/agent frameworks
- Solid knowledge of cloud platforms and deployment pipelines
