What You’ll Own

• Design, build, and deploy production-grade autonomous agents
• Integrate LLMs and dialogue systems with enterprise APIs and workflows
• Ensure performance and reliability via monitoring, evaluation, observability tools
• Collaborate in a fast-paced, open engineering culture that values curiosity and iteration

What You Bring

• Strong software engineering foundation with practical AI experience (Java, LangChain and RAG)
• Strong theoretical basis for AI (PHD highly considered)
• Hands-on experience with LLM/agent frameworks
• Solid knowledge of cloud platforms and deployment pipelines
