This role is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic Data Analytics function for a 12-14 month fixed-term contract, offering the flexibility of a hybrid working model based in the heart of London.

As part of this high-profile project, you will play an integral role in collaborating with underwriters and key commercial stakeholders to drive a pivotal data transformation initiative. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, providing insightful analysis to inform business decisions.
• Use your SQL expertise to extract, manipulate, and analyse data from a variety of sources to deliver actionable insights.
• Work closely with underwriters, risk managers, and commercial stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into meaningful data solutions.
• Play a vital role in the data transformation project, contributing to the modernization of the business’s data processes and systems.
• Present findings in a clear and concise manner, ensuring data-driven insights support strategic decision-making.

About You:

We’re looking for a Data Analyst who has strong expertise in the following areas:

• Power BI: Experience in creating impactful dashboards and visualizations.
• SQL: Strong ability to query, manipulate, and analyse data from complex databases.
• Insurance experience: Ideally, you will have worked within the Lloyd’s insurance market or a similar environment, with a good understanding of the industry’s data needs and requirements.

• Role: Data Analyst (12-14 months fixed-term contract)

• Location: City of London (50/50 Hybrid - Remote/Office-based)
• Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
