Jetpacks! is looking for a Backend Developer to join our LatAm team and support a partner in

the healthcare technology sector. You will design, build, and maintain backend systems using

C#, ASP.NET, and modern cloud-native components. This role is fully hands-on, focused on

developing scalable, maintainable backend services and integrating with multiple internal

systems.

Role Responsibilities

● Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services using C# and ASP.NET.

● Review and understand business, functional, and technical requirements.

● Implement TDD practices to ensure high-quality, reliable code.

● Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve backend application issues.

● Document technical designs, data flows, and system interactions.

● Support production environments by identifying and addressing issues.

● Research, test, and implement new technologies to enhance system performance and

reliability.

● Work within agile/scrum teams contributing to iterative feature delivery.

How will you be supported?

You'll be onboarded to the tech team organization. You will be part of a team and will

communicate with them via Slack and Google Meet. Periodic 1-on-1 meetings will be held to

ensure you are successful and have a productive and enjoyable experience.

Role Requirements

● 5+ years of experience as a Software Developer/Engineer.

● Strong experience with C#, SQL, WCF, XML, and backend/middleware applications.

● Solid understanding of software design patterns and scalable architecture.

● Experience implementing TDD and writing automated tests.

● Experience working with AWS (Kinesis, Lambda, SQS, S3, etc.).

● Strong knowledge of databases, messaging frameworks, and distributed systems.

● Ability to build flexible and maintainable solutions aligned with business needs.

● Passion for technology, continuous learning, and staying up to date with emerging

trends.

● Advanced English level.

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience with cloud-based services, interoperability, and open standards.

● Familiarity with multi-system integrations and enterprise-grade backend architectures.

● BizTalk experience is a plus.
