AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design Python-based AI applications utilizing large language models
• Develop and debug AI software components to ensure high performance
• Engineer prompts and workflows to optimize LLM behaviors
• Build and maintain REST APIs integrating AI functionalities
• Research and evaluate emerging AI tools and frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
• Stay updated with advancements in AI and implement new techniques
• Support internal and external AI initiatives such as chatbot assistants and automation
• Operate autonomously with strong ownership of deliverables
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in Python application development and debugging with 2+ years
• Strong expertise in prompt engineering and LLM behavior tuning
• Deep knowledge of large language model architectures and use cases
• Proficiency with Pydantic for data validation and settings management
• Practical experience with AI frameworks like LangChain or similar
• Familiarity with AI-powered engineering assistants such as GitHub Copilot or Gemini CLI
• Experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure components
• Experience working in agile, project-based environments
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Upper-Intermediate English language proficiency (B2)

Nice to have

• Experience with workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier
