Responsibilities
- Design Python-based AI applications utilizing large language models
- Develop and debug AI software components to ensure high performance
- Engineer prompts and workflows to optimize LLM behaviors
- Build and maintain REST APIs integrating AI functionalities
- Research and evaluate emerging AI tools and frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
- Stay updated with advancements in AI and implement new techniques
- Support internal and external AI initiatives such as chatbot assistants and automation
- Operate autonomously with strong ownership of deliverables
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in Python application development and debugging with 2+ years
- Strong expertise in prompt engineering and LLM behavior tuning
- Deep knowledge of large language model architectures and use cases
- Proficiency with Pydantic for data validation and settings management
- Practical experience with AI frameworks like LangChain or similar
- Familiarity with AI-powered engineering assistants such as GitHub Copilot or Gemini CLI
- Experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure components
- Experience working in agile, project-based environments
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Upper-Intermediate English language proficiency (B2)

- Experience with workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier
