What You’ll Be Doing

• Responding to ServiceNow tickets with troubleshooting guidance and/or remediation recommendations,
• Leveraging Microsoft SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and TSGs (Technical Service Guides)
• Assisting users with daily technical issues.
• Helping maintain high-quality service and user satisfaction.
• Perform application security design reviews and assist in integrating security controls throughout the Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL).
• Collaborate with engineering teams to coordinate implementation of security requirements across development, QA, staging, and operations phases.
