In this role, you will manage multilingual data projects that focus on accuracy, cultural relevance, and scalability. Your leadership will be critical in driving project success from initiation to final delivery, ensuring quality and timely outcomes. Working within a diverse and international team, you will oversee collaboration between data scientists, engineers, and linguists, enhancing project workflows. Accountabilities

  • Manage projects from initiation through to final delivery, ensuring alignment with quality standards, timelines, and budget.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, linguists, and localization specialists to design efficient and scalable workflows.
  • Oversee distributed, multilingual teams by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and mitigating project risks.
  • Ensure high data quality through the implementation of quality control processes and feedback loops.
  • Use both internal and external tools to manage data workflows and monitor project performance.
  • Maintain client relationships, scoping requirements, prepare reports, and provide regular project updates and recommendations.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging accountability and ongoing professional development.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data project management or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing multilingual teams and working with culturally diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with data annotation tools and NLP / AI platforms.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy best practices is a plus.
