All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Take ownership of the end-to-end project management process, ensuring clarity, organization, and adherence to timelines and budgets. Prepare, review, and disseminate detailed progress reports to identify gaps, monitor risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies. Collaborate with Workstream Leads to develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring coherence across all workstreams and managing interdependencies. Identify, address, and resolve risks and challenges by coordinating mitigation plans with Workstream Teams to drive the success of each project.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMWORK

Spearhead collaboration across up to nine critical workstreams, including Scoping Site and Building Development Plant Engineering and Automation Production and Technology IT Implementation Logistics and Customs Procurement Quality Management Operational Ramp-Up Organize regular workstream meetings to ensure alignment with project goals, timelines, and deliverables. Foster seamless communication between teams and cultivate strong collaboration across departments. Drive stakeholder engagement by leading critical meetings and facilitating data-driven decision-making. Support the Program Manager by preparing and presenting comprehensive status reports and actionable insights to the Decision Board.

EXPANSION FRAMEWORK DEVELOPMENT

Lead the development and continuous improvement of a comprehensive Operations Expansion Framework, integrating project management tools, methods, and processes. Refine Red Bull’s Expansion Program Methods to enhance efficiency and ensure sustainable project success. Manage documentation and knowledge-sharing processes, capturing lessons learned for future use and creating a robust repository of best practices.

RELATIONSHIP BUILDING AND TECHNICAL EXPERTISE

Build and nurture strong relationships with internal teams within Red Bull and external partners to enable seamless collaboration. Establish and maintain a robust network within Red Bull and its Partner Organizations to drive project success. Develop and apply technical expertise by working closely with technical experts to ensure high standards for turnkey manufacturing and warehousing projects. Contribute to the development of technical standards that enhance the scalability and efficiency of new and existing sites.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Project or Program Management, ideally within Operations or Supply Chain Management.
  • Experience managing CAPEX projects is strongly preferred.
  • Background in the FMCG industry is highly advantageous.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Workfront or similar software) is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams with exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proactive mindset, focused on continuous improvement and delivering impactful results.
  • Structured, hands-on approach with high energy and drive.
  • Dynamic professional with excellent communication skills to foster collaboration and build strong relationships across teams and stakeholders.
  • Team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and an end-to-end mindset, able to navigate complexity and inspire confidence in others.

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.392 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
