This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer based in Salzburg. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring optimal functionality of IT systems. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting complex technical problems, assisting end-users with inquiries, and working collaboratively with teams to improve technical processes and system reliability.
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify and resolve complex technical challenges effectively
- Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service to ensure user satisfaction and build customer trust
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Ability to work in an on-site environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure and systems, with experience in a relevant technical support role
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks or certification would be an advantage
