What you will do

• Support cybersecurity incident detection and response across IT and industrial environments
• Translate business and technical needs into clear security monitoring and detection requirements
• Design, document, and improve security processes and procedures
• Contribute to secure architecture design for office IT and Industrial Control Systems (ICS)
• Analyze existing applications and infrastructure to identify security gaps and improvement opportunities
• Work closely with IT, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver practical, standards-based solutions

What you bring

• 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity with a functional or analytical focus
• Strong understanding of security frameworks (NIST, CIS, ISO 27001/2, IEC 62443)
• Experience working with application and infrastructure architectures
• Ability to perform impact analysis and root-cause diagnostics
• Excellent communication skills: able to translate technical risks into clear, actionable insights
• Structured, proactive mindset with a pragmatic approach to security
• Fluent in Dutch or French and English
