In Swedbank Non-Life Insurance you can:
- Help to discover investment opportunities and compile relevant business cases;
- Analyse, design, test, and maintain Non-Life Insurance products;
- Gain a strong understanding of business processes;
- Assist in breaking down projects into MVPs and user stories;

- Communication Skills: Effectively communicate between IT and business teams, explaining technical solutions clearly;
- Testing Skills: Perform testing and verification tasks;
- Customer Focus: Prioritize solutions that meet customer needs with attention to detail;
- Writing & Communication: Possess strong documentation skills along with effective communication abilities, building trust through listening and questioning;
- Problem Solving & Teamwork: Approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, work well in a team, and be open to learning new things;
- English Proficiency: Have excellent spoken and written English language skills.
