In Swedbank Non-Life Insurance you can:

  • Help to discover investment opportunities and compile relevant business cases;
  • Analyse, design, test, and maintain Non-Life Insurance products;
  • Gain a strong understanding of business processes;
  • Assist in breaking down projects into MVPs and user stories;
  • Keep service documentation updated and ensure clear communication within the team;
  • Help to identify and analyse incidents together with the team;
  • Coordinate release activities with stakeholders and provide necessary support during releases;
  • Analyse and make suggestions of how to reduce technical issues and improve systems;
  • Collaborate with team members on every part of the delivery process and team development.


What is needed in this role:

  • Business Understanding: Know how business functions work and what customers need;
  • Database Management: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases, performing data analysis, and generating reports;
  • Analytical Skills: Conduct detailed investigations and analyse requirements both independently and with stakeholders, demonstrating an unwavering curiosity to explore deeper insights and enhance decision-making processes;
  • Communication Skills: Effectively communicate between IT and business teams, explaining technical solutions clearly;
  • Testing Skills: Perform testing and verification tasks;
  • Customer Focus: Prioritize solutions that meet customer needs with attention to detail;
  • Writing & Communication: Possess strong documentation skills along with effective communication abilities, building trust through listening and questioning;
  • Problem Solving & Teamwork: Approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, work well in a team, and be open to learning new things;
  • English Proficiency: Have excellent spoken and written English language skills.
