We are looking for skilled System & Architecture Engineer to join our dynamic Nordic team, where your expertise in systems sales of SCADA within power automation and/or management. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape cutting-edge solutions that align with our business objectives and technology strategy
Objective
As a SAE within Digital Power Systems, your primary role is to guide key customers and partners in LifeScience, Healthcare, Data Center, Power and grid segments in Schneider Electric’s Digital Power system and product portfolio within the Nordic market.
You’ll apply a consultative selling approach during the pre-sales phase of tenders, focusing on SCADA and Power Monitoring systems and, to a lesser extent, low and medium voltage products within the portfolio of Schneider Electric’s Digital Power. Your expertise in SCADA, Substation automation, and Power/Energy Monitoring will be essential in responding to RFQs/RFIs/RFPs and helping customers define technical specifications.
Context
The new energy landscape in Schneider Electric refers to transformative shift in how energy is produced, managed, and consumed - driven by digitization, decentralization, decarbonization, and electrification. This transformation requires customers - data centers, hospitals, consumer package producers etc. - to modernize their infrastructure with smarter, safer, and more automated systems.
What We’re Looking For:
- Master's Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Finish is essential, along with fluency in English. Knowledge of other Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish) is a plus.
- Proven experience as a System Architect or Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong track record of successful projects.
- Experience in customer and partner interaction with the focus of delivering a competitive solution that meet end user / partner’s expectations.
- Deep expertise in system design, integration, and architecture principles, particularly in software systems and power automation.
- Strong understanding of SCADA systems and network topology.
