• Mobiles Arbeiten: Nach dem Onboarding sind 2 Tage mobiles Arbeiten pro Woche möglich

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer with 6–8 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps best practices on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will work closely with development, security, and infrastructure teams to enable scalable, secure, and automated cloud-native solutions.

Key Responsibilities

DevOps & CI/CD

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (YAML pipelines)
• Automate build, test, security scan, and deployment workflows
• Implement pipeline best practices including reusable templates, approvals, and multi-stage deployments
• Integrate pipelines with Git repositories, artifact repositories, and security tools

Azure Cloud & Infrastructure

• Design and provision Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Terraform / Pulumi
• Deploy and manage Azure services such as: Azure Virtual Networks, Subnets, NSGs, Azure VM, VMSS, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Storage, Key Vault, App Services
• Implement high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery patterns

Security & Best Practices

• Implement DevSecOps practices: Secrets management using Azure Key Vault, Security scanning in CI/CD pipelines
• Least privilege access using Azure RBAC
• Enforce cloud security best practices and governance
• Implement Azure Policies, tagging standards, and cost optimization practices

Containerization & Kubernetes

• Build and manage Docker-based applications
• Deploy and operate workloads on AKS
• Implement: Helm charts, Rolling updates and blue-green deployments
• Cluster security and resource optimization

Monitoring & Operations

• Set up monitoring and alerting using: Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights
• Troubleshoot pipeline, infrastructure and deployment issues
• Improve system reliability and performance through automation

Key Qualifications

The ideal candidate will bring the following essential experience and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field (Must Have)
• At least 6 years of experience in a comparable environment (Must Have)
• Fluent English and German skills (Must Have)
• Hands-on experience with production environments and enterprise-scale systems
• Proven experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines end to end (Must Have)
• Experience supporting high-availability, scalable, and secure cloud platforms
