An innovative, fast-growing international technology company is seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to lead the evolution of its enterprise VR training and simulation platforms. This professional will take full ownership of both UX research and UI design, transforming existing MVP interfaces into a unified, production-ready "One UI" design system that balances technical constraints with high usability. Operating within a dynamic environment with flat hierarchies, the successful candidate will conduct in-depth user research, develop interactive prototypes, and validate complex workflows for mission-critical systems used across various user groups.
Role: UX/UI Designer
Salary: up to €45K
Location: Munich (on-site)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research alongside Product Management to define user personas, journey maps, and design hypotheses.
- Lead the creation and long-term maintenance of a scalable design system.
- Design wireframes and interactive prototypes, performing regular user testing to refine solutions.
- Address intricate edge-case scenarios for systems acting as a control layer between hardware and software.
Requirements:
- Advanced background in UX research and UI design, specifically for complex, system-driven interfaces.
- Proficiency in Figma or similar tools, a proven track record of maintaining design systems, and a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Java.
- Confident in working with stakeholders and managing complex issues.
