What most people don't know is there's a complex, mission-critical travel operation going on 24/7 to bring seafarers to the ships where they're needed, when they're needed. Role And Daily Responsibilities
As a UI/UX Designer, you’ll help evolve and maintain our product’s design systems and user experience while collaborating closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams.
Your Responsibilities Will Include

Role And Daily Responsibilities
As a UI/UX Designer, you’ll help evolve and maintain our product’s design systems and user experience while collaborating closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
🎨 Visual Design system
- Maintain and improve the current design system
- Ensure visual consistency and scalability across products
- Expand documentation for design components
- Take ownership of end-to-end UX flows and do detailed design QA
- Understand the complexity of crew logistics to deliver the best UX possible
- Support definition of new product concepts and assist in user research
- Contribute to product enhancements that improve usability and clarity
- Support creation of demo materials, product explainers, and feature release decks
- Refresh and maintain templates to support faster delivery
- 3-4 years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally in a product-led B2B SaaS company.
- A passion for absorbing and simplifying complex, information-dense workflows.
- A strong desire to understand your user and contribute to usability testing or user research.
- Strong skills in interaction design, UX, and UI with high attention to detail.
- Proven experience in contributing to and maintaining design systems.
- Experience or interest in early-stage or growth-stage startups.
- Collaborative mindset, comfort in working closely with product and engineering teams.
- Fluency in English.
