  • Translate the product strategy into a detailed, prioritized roadmap, clearly communicating its rationale and impact to stakeholders.
  • Conduct extensive user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to uncover pain points and opportunities for improvement in the employee help and support experience.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing to define requirements, drive development, and ensure successful product launches.
  • Drive Feature Development: Write clear and concise product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Guide agile development teams from ideation through deployment.
  • Analyze and Optimize: Define key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor product performance, and iterate on features to maximize user adoption, satisfaction, and business value.
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and Workday platform advancements to identify new opportunities and challenges.

What You'll Bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in product management, with a strong track record of successfully launching and managing SaaS products.
  • Experience with HR technology, internal tools, or employee experience platforms; direct experience with HRIS systems is a significant plus.
  • Understanding of the product development lifecycle in an Agile environment.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas
  • A user-centric mindset and a passion for creating intuitive, delightful user experiences.
