Role Description

This role is for an Assistant Project Manager responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across different stages. In this position, you will work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with objectives.

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will assist with organizing project activities, tracking progress, and maintaining project documentation. You will help coordinate tasks, monitor timelines, and support communication between stakeholders to ensure smooth project workflows.

Key responsibilities include preparing project schedules, updating project plans, and tracking action items. You will assist in identifying potential risks or issues and support the implementation of corrective actions under guidance from senior team members.

You will support meetings, prepare status reports, and help ensure that project information is accurately recorded and shared. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
