Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal IT support requests via chats, emails and calls
- Provide first-line support, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues for MacOS and Windows devices
- Manage user accounts and access within Google Workspace and Atlassian Suite
- Support and configure peripheral devices such as printers, Wi-Fi access points, and other office hardware
- Assist in endpoint management activities, including device provisioning, software configuration, and basic device security enforcement using JumpCloud Device Management
- Participate in IT onboarding/offboarding processes, ensuring users have appropriate access and equipment
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge base articles to reduce repeat support requests
- Proven hands-on experience in an IT support, help desk, or service desk role
- Strong familiarity with MacOS and Windows desktop environments
- Practical experience with JumpCloud Device Management (or equivalent MDM solutions)
- Hands-on use and administration of Google Workspace
- Familiarity with Atlassian Suite (e.g., Jira Service Management, Confluence)
- Basic troubleshooting skills in networking concepts: VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Experience supporting printers, Wi-Fi networks, and general office hardware
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users
- Prior experience in a customer-oriented IT support environment
- Knowledge of additional identity or access management platforms
- Exposure to ticketing systems or ITSM processes
- Experience with endpoint security tools
