Internship Job Description

This is a paid, full-time hybrid internship for a Junior IT Administrator Intern based in Kaunas, with some work-from-home flexibility. During the internship, you will support the internal IT function by assisting with Microsoft technical partnerships and license management, providing technical support, troubleshooting basic IT issues, and helping maintain overall IT infrastructure. This role is designed to give hands-on experience and practical exposure to real-world IT operations in a growing tech company.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Basic technical support and troubleshooting skills
• Understanding of IT fundamentals (Windows, Microsoft ecosystem, hardware/software basics)
• Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
