You are the owner of the process on your perimeter and ensure its definition, stability, and continuous improvement.

Goal: Define the right process and improve it end-to-end (A → Z).

Key Responsibilities

1. Industrialization & Process Ownership

  • Define and validate the appropriate process for each production step (cutting, printing, bending, laminating, final assembly).
  • Lead industrialization: parameters, trials, capability, and process control.
  • Act as the process owner: performance, stability, and quality.

2. Documentation & Standards

  • Create and maintain:
  • work instructions,
  • industrialization documentation,
  • setup standards and troubleshooting guides.
  • Ensure proper documentation of improvements and process changes.

3. Troubleshooting & Production Support

  • Provide hands-on support to production in case of deviation, defects, or machine issues.
  • Perform root-cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and validate results.
  • Work closely with Production Quality to secure stable performance.

4. Continuous Improvement

  • Improve cycle times, reduce scrap, and increase repeatability.
  • Optimize printing, bending, laminating, and connector application processes.
  • Actively contribute to the ramp-up until full process stabilization.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work collaboratively with:
  • maintenance,
  • quality,
  • automation / robotics,
  • machine suppliers,
  • production supervisors.

Open Positions / Required Profiles

Manufacturing / Process Engineers

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Automation, or equivalent).
  • Experience in glass processing, printing, laminating, or bending is a major plus.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Programming exposure is beneficial: KUKA robotics, Python.
  • Comfortable owning a process in a fast-moving industrial environment.

Process Technicians (Ramp-up Support)

  • Responsible for machine settings, adjustments, testing, and validation.
  • Provide operational support during start-up.
  • Experience in one of the key steps: cutting, printing, laminating, bending, assembly.

  • Proactive mindset: take ownership and drive topics forward.
  • Strong communication with multiple stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving attitude: pragmatic, structured, efficient.
  • High planning capability: multiple operations, tight ramp-up timeline.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing, hands-on industrial environment.
