As a Manager / Senior Manager, you will:
- Supervise the production of client tax reports for private banking clients in Luxembourg and Switzerland, leveraging EasyTax (Regnology).
- Ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery of all tax reporting deliverables by coordinating workflows within your team.
- Drive process optimization and use your advanced Excel and SQL skills to automate, secure, and improve reporting procedures.
- Lead, coach, and develop the team of six professionals, providing technical support and constructive feedback.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the EasyTax platform, supporting its adoption and proposing enhancements based on hands-on experience.
Diploma
- Diploma: Master of Science, Engineering degree or Master of Management
- Experience: At least 8 years of experience in a similar job, either in a bank, in a BIG4 or in a tax reporting boutique
- Languages: Fluency in English required; knowledge of French or German is a strong asset.
- Technical expertise: Hands-on experience with EasyTax (Regnology); advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., macros, pivot tables, complex formulas); strong knowledge of SQL. Ideally familiar with PostgreSQL.
- Leadership: Proven experience managing teams (leadership, delegation, coaching, development).
- Personal qualities: Strong organizational skills, rigor, analytical mindset, ability to perform under pressure, and flexibility. Demonstrated ethics and a commitment to knowledge sharing.
