HR ADMNISTRATOR – 6 MONTHS’ CONTRACT


THE JOB:

Our client is looking for a junior HR Administrator to join its HR team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

This is a highly operational role combining daily HR administration with active involvement in the automation and optimisation of HR processes. The position is suited to a pragmatic and resilient profile who enjoys challenges and thrives in a demanding environment with high expectations in terms of delivery and results.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide support across daily HR administrative operations
  • Manage payroll administration (data preparation, checks, coordination with external payroll providers)
  • Oversee time and attendance management
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain and update HR systems, databases and personnel files
  • Prepare HR reports and support data analysis using Excel
  • Contribute to the automation and improvement of HR processes using tools such as Power Automate and Planner
  • Support the HR team on ad hoc operational tasks and projects


THE CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in an HR administration or HR operations role
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel
  • Good understanding of Power Automate, Planner and HR process automation
  • Strong interest in technology and digital tools
  • Pragmatic, well-organised and detail-oriented
  • Able to multitask and manage priorities effectively
  • Comfortable with challenges and a fast-paced working environment
  • Flexible and committed, with a high level of involvement and focus on results
  • Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
  • Good communication skills and team spirit


THE CLIENT:

Our client is a Luxembourg-based, fully regulated financial institution and part of an international banking group. The organisation operates with a lean team of around 50 professionals in Luxembourg, fostering close collaboration and a hands-on working environment.
