What Will You Do
- Be part of an experienced team of professionals and actively manage entities in liquidation (mainly investment funds).
- Lead a team for all the day-to-day management of the liquidating entities (payment approvals, advance on liquidation, portfolio sales, AML check, cash reconciliation, termination agreements...).
- Coordinate the whole liquidation process, dealing with the accounting, tax, strategy, valuation and legal aspects.
- Oversee the preparation of the liquidation procedures, the liquidation accounts and liquidator's reports.
- Contribute to practice growth and development.
- Identify new business opportunities and participate in key proposals and presentations for new businesses.
- Participate in the development and delivery of training programs.
- Coach and mentor practitioners to their highest potential.
- Master or Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4 or more years of experience in a similar role in an advisory firm or a financial institution.
- Proven expertise in accounting and liquidation process.
- Exhibit effective time management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, develop good relationships with senior management and operate well within a team environment.
- Ability to communicate and discuss complex topics with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Passionate about coaching junior team members to reach their maximum potential and oversee their work.
- Business fluency in English; French or German fluency would be considered an asset.
