HR Generalist Trainee

Amorim Luxury Group is looking for a Human Resources Intern to join our team in Lisbon, as part of a curricular internship required to complete a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management.

This internship offers a hands-on experience in a generalist HR environment, with strong exposure to payroll and administrative HR processes, within a fast-paced and premium hospitality group.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is currently completing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management;
• Needs a curricular internship to finish their degree;
• Is interested in a generalist HR role, including payroll and personnel administration;
• Is fluent in English (mandatory);
• Is available to work on-site, in our Lisbon office located in Avenida da Liberdade;
• Is organised, proactive and eager to learn.
  

What you will be involved in:

• Supporting payroll preparation and HR administrative tasks;
• Assisting in employee records, contracts and documentation;
• Supporting day-to-day HR operations;
• Gaining exposure to recruitment, onboarding and internal HR processes.
