The Role
Responsibilities
As part of our Human Capital team, you will have the opportunity to participate in various types of projects within different teams. Your responsibilities for this management level include, but are not limited to:
- Extract, analyze and validate training-related data from multiple Human Resources systems.
- Monitor internal courses, training hours and participation rates.
- Ensure data integrity through regular checks.
- Prepare periodic reports.
- Maintain and create new dashboards.
- Track and develop metrics to assess training effectiveness.
- Support process automation.
- Degree in Human Resources, Management, Economics or a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of key HR indicators and processes.
- Familiarity with Learning and Development systems.
- Interest in predictive analytics and data storytelling.
