We are looking for a motivated individual for the role of Training & Learning Operations Expert, who will play a role in developing, maintaining, and enhancing the knowledge, skills, and capabilities of our employees. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and implementing learning strategies that support compliance with legislation, internal regulations, best practices, and the company’s business objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) and operational managers to define, implement, and maintain competency criteria for tasks and roles within a specific area.
- Maintaining the training matrix for the defined area and ensuring that all roles/tasks have clearly defined competency criteria and learning plans.
- Working with operational managers and LMS administrators to determine, implement, and maintain learning requirements for individual employees.
- Representing the company’s vision and values and fostering strong interpersonal relationships with business partners.
- Organizing training events at the local level and supporting training activities at other locations within the defined area.
- Higher education in education, HR, pharmacy, or a related field.
- Experience working in a regulated environment (preferably in the pharmaceutical industry).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to think strategically and lead projects independently.
- Active knowledge of English.
- Strong Excel skills (e.g., working with spreadsheets, analyses, pivot tables, functions, etc.).

Vaše Ključne Odgovornosti
- Sodelovanje s strokovnjaki (SME) in operativnimi vodji pri opredelitvi, izvedbi in vzdrževanju meril usposobljenosti za naloge in vloge na določenem področju.
- Vzdrževanje izobraževalne matrike za opredeljeno področje ter zagotavljanje, da imajo vse vloge/naloge ustrezno opredeljena merila usposobljenosti in učne načrte.
- Sodelovanje z operativnimi vodji in LMS administratorji pri določanju, izvajanju in vzdrževanju učnih zahtev za posamezne sodelavce.
- Zastopanje vizije in vrednot podjetja ter skrb za dobre medosebne odnose s poslovnimi partnerji.
- Organizacija izobraževalnih dogodkov na lokalni ravni ter nudenje podpore izobraževalnim aktivnostim na drugih lokacijah znotraj opredeljenega področja.
- Visoka izobrazba s področja izobraževanja, kadrov, farmacije ali sorodnega področja.
- Izkušnje z delom v reguliranem okolju (prednost: farmacevtska industrija).
- Odlične komunikacijske in organizacijske sposobnosti.
- Sposobnost strateškega razmišljanja in samostojnega vodenja projektov.
- Aktivno znanje angleškega jezika.
- Dobro obvladovanje Excela (npr. delo s tabelami, analizami, vrtilnimi tabelami, funkcijami ipd.)
