Scrum Master

Job Title: Scrum / Functional Tester with 8–10 years of hands-on QE&A experience & Retail Consumer Goods domain experience.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain test strategies aligned with sprint/iteration goals and user stories
• Analyze requirements, acceptance criteria, and business rules to determine and align on test scope with scrum team
• Identify risks, dependencies and required test data across multiple use cases early in sprint.
• Plan, define and maintain comprehensive test cases for store audits and reporting validation, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Prepare and conduct test on front-line audits at point of sale, including SKU verification, cooler inventory checks and share-of-space validation.
• Execute multiple test scenarios to validate metric accuracy and monitor changes across evolving business conditions.
• Validate reporting layer outputs to ensure accuracy, completeness and correct metric representation.
• Verify that metrics and KPIs display correctly within self‑service reporting tools and dashboards.
• Strong understanding of scrum ceremonies and deliverables, including test case design, integration testing, defect logging and triage.
• Ensure timely resolution of defects by collaborating closely with developers, product owners and business analysts in scrum and release team.
• Promoting best practices, quality standards and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with scrum and cross functional teams for requirement clarification issue resolution, sprint planning and daily stand ups.
• Prepare and present detailed test progress reports, high quality delivery, quality metrics and risk assessments to stakeholders on each sprint/release as applicable
• SQL skills are required and knowledge on reporting tools, test management tools (Azure DevOps preferred) is required.
