In this role, you will lead a series of country projects aimed at enhancing the payroll program over a two-year temporary contract. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-conformant project delivery, driving significant business value. Your expertise will be crucial for creating streamlined processes and fostering effective cross-border communication.

Accountabilities
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties for end-to-end project delivery
- Ensure all assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans and risk management matrix
- Develop timelines against project scopes and objectives with stakeholder involvement
- Ensure resource availability and allocation across all stakeholders
- Measure and report project performance
- Manage relationships with program stakeholders for successful implementation
- Partner with Workstream Leads to ensure consistent project delivery across geographies
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience preferred
- 6+ years’ experience with payroll processes and transformation
- Experience in payroll project management across multiple geographies
- Strong analytical skills to critically evaluate information
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Excellent relationship-building skills across functions
- Goal-driven, accountable, with significant attention to detail
- Knowledge of payroll processes in multiple countries
- Experience with project management or transformation
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools and multiple payroll vendor systems
- Familiarity with HCM systems, preferably Workday
- Fluent in English, with an additional European language preferred
- Flexibility in working hours to cover global timezones
