Required Skills & Experience:

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in C# / .NET development.
• Strong knowledge of C++, including development of system-level modules.
• Experience with image processing, including handling and optimizing various image formats.
• Basic knowledge of Visual Basic, particularly for workflow customization and adjustments.
• Solid understanding of Windows operating systems and related system components.
• Ability and willingness to learn product-specific platforms and technologies (OpenText Capture, Prokey).
• Willingness to participate in product and technical training.
• Optional: German language skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize solutions within the OpenText Capture environment.
• Design, develop, and extend the Prokey post-correction client.
• Create, maintain, and enhance C# code-behind modules.
• Implement system-related and workflow-related functions using C# / .NET.
• Process and convert various image formats, including:
• Image preprocessing
• Optimization
• Conversion
• Quality enhancement
• Develop and extend capture workflows, including components in Visual Basic and .NET.
• Develop and maintain system modules in C++.
• Perform error analysis, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate closely with customers, consultants, and development colleagues to gather requirements and define solution concepts.

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience with OpenText Capture, Prokey, or similar document capture solutions.
• Knowledge of OCR, document recognition, or enterprise content management (ECM) systems.
• Experience working in customer-facing or project-based environments.
