We are looking for a new colleague to join our team! In this role, the primary purpose is to translate high-level business objectives into a profitable and competitive market strategy by fully owning operationally all four pillars of the Marketing Mix (4P: Product, Price, Place, Promotion). The Product Manager is accountable for driving the cross-functional execution required to maximize market share, revenue, and profitability within the Mobile Experience category.


For this role you will need:


• Strategic & Analytical Driver: A proven ability to translate high-level business goals into actionable 4P strategies. Must be able to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large data sets to drive business decisions.

• Data Proficiency: Must be highly proficient in advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data validation.

• Business Acumen: Ability to interpret and influence financial data (Return On Investment, Return on Ad Spend, Profit & Loss) relevant to product investment and commercial decision-making.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Romanian and English are mandatory.

• Education: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field is required.


In this role your responsibilities will be:


1. Product Strategy: Portfolio, Lifecycle, and Features


Accountabilities:

• Conduct Market Analysis (GfK, Tech Insights (TI), IDC or any other source available in the division) and Competition Benchmark (Product-specific) to identify portfolio gaps and opportunities.

• Develop and finalize the Local Launch Plan for new models.

• Oversee local requirements for Smartphones.


Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the Creation and distribution of Info brochures and product catalogues.

• Provide product-related input for Market Share simulations based on In house Share trend for future product scenario planning.

• Monitors the evolution of sales, WOS, Channel Inventory in its category and proposes solutions (campaigns, strategies, etc.) to achieve and/or exceed sales targets in its product category.

• Develop and deliver professional Product presentation materials.


2.Commercial Strategy: Pricing & Financial Performance


Accountabilities:

• Manage and fill in the Price System Input and govern the execution of Special Price Operation.

• Own Sales Out target setting and monitor Target Achievement Rate Planning & Monitoring against commercial goals.


Responsibilities:

• Monitor and check sales out achievement rate (Sale out Achievement Rate) vs target (check & planning).

• Execute and report on Aging Management and AP2 (centralization of total orders) of Management processes.

• Process and follow up on supply chain/inventory issues, including Return to Forecast (RTF) / Shortage Check (S plan update).


3. Distribution Strategy: Channel & Retail Management


Accountabilities:

• Define the Channel Strategy / RTM (Route-to-Market).

• Conduct continuous Market Sensing for new distribution trends.

• Conduct and analyze results from In-store Surveys and Polls to assess market execution quality.


Responsibilities:

• Define channelization / focus products per channel.

• Perform regular Store Checks.

• Participate in key internal/external meetings such as SCM Day (Supply Chain Management) and subsequently coordinate actions with relevant teams.


4. Promotional Strategy: Marketing & Sales Alignment


Accountabilities:

• Develop the integrated Promo calendar.

• Coordinate the management and execution Consumer campaigns (Own).

• Own the strategic oversight of promotional investment through Planning and Analysis.


Responsibilities:

• Provide product input for and support the Account Promo plan.

• Coordinate all Customer/Agency Meetings related to GTM and promotion.

• Own the product alignment in cross-functional Team Meetings to define the final Execution Plan.


5. Planning & Reporting: Cross-Pillar Tasks


Accountabilities:

• Lead all Planning and Analysis activities.

• Drive the strategic Market simulation (SO by seg) process.


Responsibilities:

• Consolidate and report Sales Progress / Weekly Result/ 3M Rolling.

• Manage and update the Channel mix file.

• Prepare and present input for Major Presentations.

• Prepare and submit all required EHQ, HQ reports & feedback.

• Coordinate RM Day (Retail Marketing).
