ARONA is a multi-brand eCommerce company focused on launching and scaling consumer products across multiple categories, including cosmetics, fragrances, FMCG and supplements.

We operate as a fast-moving brand lab. We test products, validate demand, and when something works, we build real brands with real products, designed for shelf-ready retail and large-scale production.

Our brands are manufactured, printed, shipped, and sold — not conceptual exercises.

We are a remote-first team, based in Brașov, Romania, working with international suppliers and production partners.

The Role

We are looking for a Mid–Senior Graphic Designer with strong experience in packaging design and brand execution, to collaborate with us on a project-based, hourly basis.

This is a hands-on execution role, not a conceptual or exploratory design position.

You will work on multiple brands, each with a clearly defined direction, references, and guidelines provided upfront.

What we work on

• Brand identity execution (logo refinements, color systems, typography)
• Packaging design for FMCG, cosmetics, fragrances and supplements
• Labels, boxes, outer packaging and print elements
• Shelf-ready, compliant packaging layouts
• Mockups for internal validation and presentation
• Preparing print-ready files for production partners (EU & China)
• Occasional high-level website mockups (structure and visual direction only)

You receive very clear briefs, references, moodboards and guidelines

Direction is concrete and example-based

Feedback is fast and focused on execution

Speed and clarity matter more than artistic perfection

Projects vary in intensity, with busy launch periods and quieter gaps

Must have

• Proven experience with real, produced packaging (not just concepts)
• Strong Adobe Illustrator skills
• Experience with dielines, mockups and print-ready files
• Understanding of print constraints (CMYK, bleed, cut lines, tolerances)
• Ability to execute multiple design styles, depending on the brand
• Clean, structured, production-ready design approach

Nice to have

• Experience working with manufacturers or print suppliers
• Basic brand identity execution experience
• Medium-level website mockups (visual direction only)
• English for documentation and basic communication

• This is not a social media or marketing visuals role

• This is not a conceptual or experimental design role
