Location: Cluj-Napoca, Romania (hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Type of employment:  Permanent, Full Time

Experience: 2+ years of experience in HR role or similar.

The Role

As a Recruitment and Employee Experience Coordinator you will be part of our People Operations function and your role will be to help create an exceptional candidate and employee experience from interview to exit. You are passionate about creating a positive, supportive, and inclusive workplace culture and have a strong track record in developing and implementing HR programs and initiatives.

You will be part of a team charged with delivering exceptional employee experience through people-related communication, systems, and programs. The right person for this role is detail-oriented, thoughtful, energetic and creative, and thrives in a collaborative, rapidly evolving environment.

You will be responsible for supporting the operational effectiveness of the People Operations team. You will facilitate and contribute to a variety of people-related processes and programs including recruitment, benefits, culture events, employee communication, learning and development, leave programs, onboarding and employee relations.

 

Education and Experience

  •  Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR or employee experience, with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and recognition programs.
  • Experience with data entry and use of an HRIS system.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy.
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including immigration and employment laws preferable.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process ensuring an exceptional experience for all candidates
  • Coordinate and deliver a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, including orientation, benefits enrolment, and new hire paperwork.
  • Manage the offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews, coordinating the return of company property, and ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees while maintaining a positive experience for both the employee and the company.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement and recognition programs, including regular staff events and annual company-wide celebrations.
  • Help maintain a library of departmental policies, procedures, and training materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible to all employees.
  • Analyse employee feedback to identify trends and recommend changes to People Operations programs and initiatives.
  • Support the People Operations Manager in the administration of employee relations cases, including investigations and follow-up.
  • Maintain HR information systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Support recruiting efforts as needed with coordination of recruiting events and candidate interviews.
  • Manage the creation and communication of internal newsletter.
  • Act as a champion for company culture and values, promoting a positive, supportive, and inclusive workplace.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop, implement, and manage an internship program, ensuring that interns have a positive and successful experience. This includes designing and delivering orientation sessions, providing ongoing support and mentorship in collaboration with the People Operations Manager, tracking intern progress and performance, and managing any issues or challenges that may arise during the internship program.
