We are looking for a Creative Project Manager with strong UGC video production experience to own paid social creative production end-to-end.
This role combines creative strategy, UGC video production, and project management, with a strong focus on performance marketing. You will work closely with creative strategists, media buyers, producers, editors, designers, and external creators to deliver high-performing ad creatives at scale.
Responsibilities
- Own paid social creative production end-to-end, from concept ideation to final asset delivery
- Develop and pitch data-driven creative concepts aligned with performance goals
- Brief, coordinate, and manage creative teams (copywriters, designers, editors, producers)
- Lead UGC video production, including creator sourcing, coordination, feedback, and revisions
- Manage creators, actors, influencers, contracts, and payments
- Prepare and organize scripts and assets for video shoots (no script writing required)
- Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget
- Collaborate closely with media buyers, brand managers, and creative strategists
- Use performance data (CTR, retention, CPA, etc.) to guide testing, iteration, and optimization
- Oversee external suppliers and production partners as needed
- Proven experience managing paid social creative production for DTC / eCommerce brands
- Strong experience with UGC video production for performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager
- Experience producing ads for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Strong understanding of social media trends and performance metrics
- Solid project management and process ownership skills
- Experience managing creators, editors, producers, and external vendors
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fully remote, fast-paced environment
- Experience in supplements, natural health, or wellness is a strong advantage
- Full-time, fully remote contractor role
- EU (GMT) availability required
- DTC / B2C eCommerce experience required
