As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for enabling data-driven decision making across key business stakeholders from the Marketing – Acquisition team. You will do this by working on refining the business questions, getting the data, analysing the data, visualizing the data and then sharing insights and recommendations with effective data storytelling.
Reporting to the Data & Advanced Analytics Manager you will proactively work with Marketing Acquisition teams & beyond to support day-to-day activities and help them meet their KPIs. The successful candidate will need to approach business challenges with an open-minded, creative mindset, finding innovative solutions through data.

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for enabling data-driven decision making across key business stakeholders from the Marketing – Acquisition team. WHAT YOU WILL DO EVERY DAY
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business problems and define the key analytical questions
- Extract, clean, and organize data from various internal and external sources, ensuring high data quality and consistency
- Analyze data using different analysis techniques (descriptive, diagnostic and predictive analysis) and build ad-hoc analysis (Excel, Python, SQL) or dashboards (Tableau)
- Present findings by sharing 360 views on business problems with impactful data storytelling, contextualization and recommendation on next steps
- Monitor and report on performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for optimization to improve the business's ability to meet its targets
- 5+ years of experience working within Business Intelligence or Analytics/ Insights team
- Strong knowledge of SQL for extracting and cleaning data
- Experience with developing dashboards in Tableau (preferred) or Power BI
- Excellent data storytelling skills with the ability to communicate insights to business
- Experience within Marketing Acquisition (traffic acquisition incl. affiliates and paid media, web analytics)
- Ability to work independently with business stakeholders in ambiguous environments, demonstrating strong business acumen and comfort with uncertainty
