Role overview

We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer Expert to join the Network Operations teams supporting AXA Group at international level.

The role is highly operational and hands-on, focused on network monitoring, production support and advanced troubleshooting in large enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and monitor network platforms
• Provide production support and ensure service stability
• Perform network data analysis, trend analysis and root cause investigation
• Support incident and problem resolution in collaboration with central and local teams
• Document network changes and operational activities
• Contribute to service quality, governance and operational processes

Required experience & skills

• Strong experience in network operations and monitoring
• Hands-on expertise with monitoring and analysis tools such as: Zabbix, NetScout, Grafana, Spectrum
• Excellent troubleshooting skills in complex network environments
• Experience working with large-scale networks
• Fluent English (daily working language)

Nice to have

• Background in Telecommunications, Computer Science or similar
• Knowledge of network and security technologies and protocols
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP or equivalent
• Experience in enterprise or international IT environments
