About the role

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and user-friendly feature enhancements and products using TypeScript. In this role, you will be working on a cloud-based document management platform that enables teams to collaborate in real time on financial, regulatory, and business reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, user-friendly features and products using TypeScript, React, Python, and Snowflake.
• Collaborate with UX designers and product specialists to prototype, build, and enhance cutting-edge solutions that shape the future of business transparency.
• Create intuitive, scalable, and high-performance user experiences through interactive UI components and effective application state management.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while following modern engineering best practices.
• Support ongoing maintenance, scalability improvements, and feature enhancements of existing platforms.

Must-haves:

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and extensive experience building complex web applications with React.js.
• SQL database design.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and collaborate effectively across teams.
• A proactive mindset: able to propose new ideas, contribute to creative problem-solving, and drive innovative features.
• Proven ability to balance technical expertise with interpersonal skills. Success in this role requires more than coding; it requires strong teamwork, adaptability, and initiative.
• Product-oriented mindset.

As a plus:

• Experience with Python
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with Snowflake.
